Our gaskets are used in almost all sectors of industry such as machine construction, (petro)chemicals, foodstuffs, power plants, offshore and in non-residential construction. In Europe we are a leader with our range of seals. This is due to the continuous training we follow, but also the contact with our customers and renowned manufacturers.
Our Application Engineers are happy to help you with the development of technical issues. We are also ready to carry out standardization projects (for example rationalizing the number of types and types of seals). We may make use of the application knowledge of our suppliers. If desired, we can provide product training for your work planners, engineers and mechanics.
Own production
The commonly used standard (DIN, ANSI) dimensions are produced in large series and can be supplied from stock. We manufacture single pieces and small series in our machining centers in various locations. With a complete machine park we can quickly produce almost every conceivable flange seal (punched and spiral wound gaskets, comb profiles, heat exchanger gaskets). In addition to punching dies for standard gaskets, we have a wide arsenal of 16,000 plank knives for the manufacture of customer-specific products.
Waterjet cutting machines, plotters and laser cutters are also available at both production sites. There we can quickly cut products in every conceivable shape, no matter how complex. You send us your drawing or your CAD file (.dxf, .dwg) and we process it into a ready-to-use end product.
