Reverse engineering
Many times a gasket has been in service for many years before it needs to be replaced. In some cases there is no information available anymore regarding design and material specifications. ERIKS can help you based on the application information to select the best available alternative for the existing application. If needed we can provide installation procedures and torque values.
Rapid Prototyping
In our production facility we can produce custom prototypes from sheet within 24hrs, as long as the base materials are available. Sheet gaskets up to 1500mm are common for us. Production of (semi)metallic gaskets up to 4500mm is possible within a week.
Research and development
Together with our production company we are constantly researching the market. When we see demand for a new materials due to market changes, we will develop gaskets or materials to suit these changes. You can always contact our engineers with special requests for special markets.
